Good Afternoon!
It’s the middle of June and the summer has started. Boating, Hunting, Hiking, Fishing, Traveling, Racing and even writing music.
That’s right – even writing music. The current piece on the docket is an orchestral piece for the Kenosha Symphony Orchestra. The work will be for full orchestra and may even have a hint of piano concerto in it. The work will be finished in the fall with the performance to be in the 1st quarter of 2013.

It’s tough on the arts and there are many orchestras across country that are either struggling or are even closing up shop. Thankfully, there are some that can be “Benefactors” to the arts and assist orchestras in furthering music by giving them “new music” and commissioning pieces on their behalf. This is such the case for this piece. THANK -YOU

Another piece on the docket is for a consortium of orchestras – and I’ll leave it at that. This is very exciting, as are all my pieces, projects, works – and I’ll keep you posted to its development.
